They had the boxes I needed so I was happy about that, but the lady that helped me was not friendly. Maybe it was because it was towards the end of the day, but that's not good for business. I was looking for a particular size of box and didn't see it. So I asked for more options and was given a sheet to look at with sizes/pricing. There were a couple I was looking at and I guess I got my brain mixed up with the sizes/pricing, because when I checked out the total was slightly higher than I expected. So I asked and she snapped and said no the price is 3.50 for each box. I tried to brush it off, but was flustered because I was taken back by how she responded to me. As I was paying I put my credit card in the chip reader on the wrong side, and had to redo it. At that point she rolled her eyes and let out a sigh. Unfortunately, this just wasn't a good experience overall. You can say all the right things being in customer service such as, have a nice day, or have you been helped yet, but your actions and how you treat the customer is what creates the overall customer experience. I hope I just caught this person on an off day.
