| - Getting your lashes done at this place is a real gamble, because it seems to depend on who you get to do them. I had never had lash extensions before, and wanted to try it. My first appointment to get them done was pleasant. The technician was friendly, and I was pretty happy. She did a good job. They stayed well for 3 weeks, and then they recommend you come in for a "Refill".
So I made an appointment this week to go in again, and the woman who did my original set wasn't there, and the woman who was made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. She was very very rough. Slapped the eye pads down on my face (the ones that hold your lower lashes down). I kept having to tell her they were hurting my one eye. She lectured me on my lash state (which I don't understand, because right on the website it says these lash extensions should not affect your real ones??). Idk, it was just uncomfortable experience and I'm the type of customer that though I don't need a tech to talk to me, I would at least like them to be mildly pleasant.
My right eye has been hurting since and it's been a few days, but as well, half the lashes on my right eye have fallen off already. What a waste of money. I'm not sure whether to call and say anything, or complain. I'm not sure I will go back ever again unless I can remember the name of the original tech that did my lashes. I'd see her and her only again.
But since I feel weird about complaining I might just try a new place.
