  • Stay away. Stay very, very far away. I was desperate for a new pharmacy after getting fed up with the big chains taking forever and over-charging. So even though I saw the bad reviews of this one, I wanted to give them a shot anyway. They are just as awful, if not worse, than the previous reviewers said. I have medication that I have to take due to a serious condition that isn't visible just by looking at me. It causes severe chronic pain and I've been on pain meds for over 5 years - but I'm young so I generally look healthy. I dropped off a refill here on a Thursday morning and was told they could fill it for me on Saturday morning. Ok, fine. I come back Saturday morning and they say, Oh, we can't fill it for you because your doctor never called us back to verify. So it's a Saturday morning and I obviously can't get in touch with my doctor and NOW they tell me?? NO ONE from the pharmacy called me since Thursday or I would have gladly called the doctor myself yesterday and had them get in touch. No one bothered. So I tried to explain this to the pharmacist, Keith, and he immediately decided I'm a pain pill junkie and drug addict - and he basically even said so, comparing me to a heroin addict. My husband was with me and he was so shocked he was literally speechless. Extremely rude, extremely poor customer service, not to mention extremely hurtful. The owners/managers/whoever will be getting a letter from me shortly. Please, please spare yourself the rudeness and the trouble and do NOT give this place business it doesn't deserve. Go to Costco, even go to Target or WalMart, this place does not deserve your money.
