  • This is the absolute worst insurance company, from their poor customer service to their horrible and inconsistent billing service to the coverage of the Auto. I had a car accident not long ago it took them 32 days to process the approvals and I got the car back with no AC now they are refusing to have this fixed! I'm driving a VW Passat with only 65k miles and the appraisal agent who was very rude, nearly yelling at me said things happen to cars" so now I'm writing to the NC commissioners and will have to seek legal help if this company doesn't take care of the issue. My broker tried to escalate the problem and she was not able to help either. Please stay away from this company they are horrible.
