  • If you want crappy service, if you want no communication and if you want the pleasure of not knowing the status of your loan during an incredibly stressful time in your life (buying and selling a home) then this is the place for you. We just finished closing on our loan and used Fairway and I would not recommend using them. Poor communication, rude communication and just plain poor customer service is what we experienced. Although they're a national company, this is a franchise. I've heard they re-sell most of the mortgages to other banks and to be honest I can't wait because it really bothers me that after paying them thousands for crappy service we still pay them interest and are making them money.
