rev:text	My husband and I rented a 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse for a year and half. We loved the size of the townhouse, loved the attached garage, the fireplace, and the open kitchen concept. We found the grassy common area with the tall trees to be pleasant to return to in the evenings after work and regularly used the pool. Maintenance was actually always very helpful to us. Within 24 hours they would have our problem fixed. Downfalls: 1. As many others have mentioned, sound proofing is POOR. We constantly heard neighbors with children who cried, the garage & doors of our neighbors, and conversations of our neighbors. We often heard music from our downstairs neighbor that rattled our floors. We contacted the complex multiple times and actually called the police at one point. 2.We also have a balcony that is directly adjacent to our neighbors balcony. (Separated only by an iron railing) This not only offered NO privacy, but from our living room, we could hear every word our neighbors said when they sat on the balcony. 3. The mail. Please don't have your boxes shipped to your home if you plan on living here. They lost packages multiple times, could never "find" them when we would go and ask for one, and often had to show them our tracking profile on our phones in order for them to believe that we had had a package delivered. 4. The driveways on the garage have giant pillars between garages that make it very difficult to maneuver in and out. They are also very narrow. Don't plan on parking one car in the garage and the other in the driveway, it will be a nightmare. Overall, it hasn't been the worst place we have lived. However, we are happily leaving.
