  • First off, I never can find anything good in these stores. I thought since they newly renovated it in the Robinson Mall it'll be a lot nicer & have more options but nope I was wrong. I do have to admit it is a lot cleaner than the previous location but I guess time will tell how long that'll last. The new store is sectioned into three separate sections, men's, kids, and women's. There's hardly ever any options for sizes in the kids section and in the women's it's bare minimum too. I'm never impressed. I went into H&M to return UNOPENED PANTYHOSE. Clearly unopened. No tampering with the packaging or anything. As soon as I asked the cashier if I could return them the older lady with the asymmetrical haircut quickly copped an attitude and was like "no no no no you can't return those no" before I could even get around to showing her the package was unopened. I totally understand that returning used pantyhose is very gross but listen, these were clearly untouched. I'm so annoyed and irritated with the customer service I received at this h&m and they will never get my business again.
