  • After a fine meal at Terrazo, the girl and i opt for dessert at the Resort Bakery - Baby Cakes. Various baked goods and gelatos. Alot to choose from. For $15, we picked up a beautiful fruit tart, a pistachio cheesecake ( sugar free ) a chocolate eclair and a lil bag of cookies. The eclair was perfect ! the fruit tart - well, i ain't a fruit tart kinda guy, but it was ok, the cookies, a little to crunchy for me but decent flavor - especially liked the chocolate chip. I didn't get to try the cheesecake but based on how my daughter wolfed it down, it was good ! Again, the food places at the M Resort seem to understand the concept of reasonable pricing.
