I visited this location several weeks ago on a Saturday morning with my daughter. I had received a gift certificate for this salon as a gift. Upon our arrival, there was no one to greet us. The salon was empty. Finally two people came out from the back and without so much as a smile, told us to go pick a color. Chairs were piled up in front of the rack where the polishes were lined up making it very difficult to reach them. We were seated next to each other for our pedicures. The two nail techs barely spoke to us and didn't even ask us what we wanted. The chairs we were seated in were quite shoddy and the menus they handed us were all stained with chemicals. My nail tech clipped my toe nails way too short! The only time they spoke was at the very end when they asked if we lived nearby. They had no music on, offered no water, little atmosphere. So glad I had a gift certificate to use and will never return.
