| - I have worked Retail all my life, from cashier to assistant manager. So, when I walk into a store I expect customer service the way I would give customer service. I was looking for a checkered banner and the only reason I didn't order it online, was because the website stated it had 23 or so in stock at the local store. I went in, walked the whole store trying to locate it and when I couldn't there was an older lady in the 4th aisle, so I go up to her and ask her about the checkered banner and as she answers, she keeps walking away from me and states "we don't carry that in the store and never have", I said as she is still walking away, "ok, but the website states that you do, and if you don't do you have one that is black and white", she says no and keeps walking. Rude much? Long and behold they do have a black and white banner and it was only one aisle to the left. Seriously? If you are going to work in retail, give two shits, and if you do then know where your product is. The only reason why I'm giving this store 2 stars is because of the product that they do carry.
