  • Now I know that this 'tour' is only around $75 but honestly I expected more. The bus itself was very dated, and had barely any leg room. For a ~9 hour round trip, yes, this does make a difference. My experience was worse because there was a woman behind me who was clearly sick, and kept sneezing and coughing the whole time, welp. For a 'tour' bus trip, there wasn't really any form of tour guide feeling to it. The bus driver did say some factoids over the speaker during our ride there but you are basically on your own when you reach the Canyon. The breakfast snack is just a Nutrigrain bar, and lunch is a sandwich and some snacks. To me, this whole package is basically an affordable means to get to the Canyon and back. Don't expect comfort or a tour guide experience. If I knew this would be the case, I would've just rented a car instead.
