rev:text	i will do with a 3 if i am rating the service mgr then this would be great 5 stars for Carl....but the work on my car by one of the techs was not great leaving a center cap off of one my tires and also stating on the receipt that the oil change was complete and i go all the way home to find out it had not been done... gas is not free and neither is my time ... again the 2 guys at the counter were great. Carl thank you for your knowledge and great customer service...but i dont think i can come back here first impressions are everything ...
