  • I'm in the market for a patio cover repair, and was looking to get quotes when I called Ultra. Tom answered the phone, and once he listened to what I needed, he realized that, because my job was very small, their company would be too expensive for my small needs. Instead of quoting me an outrageous price, again because I have a small job and they have a minimum job price, he referred me to someone else who handles those types of projects. Thanks to Tom, I feel more comfortable in my decision going forward. Obviously this review is based only on customer service, but isn't that what makes us trust companies? If I ever have a larger job to tackle, this is where I'm coming first! Thanks again, Tom.
