  • This is by far the BEST veterinarian I've ever met!! Dr Besemer really takes his time to get to know your fur baby.....and ours is extremely sensitive!! Allergies, food intolerances, vomiting, hair loss, seizures ...... You name it ....he has/had it!! Dr Besemer has come to his rescue and now life is much better!!! Our little guy is also scary smart with an alpha personality and Dr Besemer has given us great insight and advice in this area as well. This is our first small breed....a whole new ballgame! But worth it....we so love this little guy of ours!!! I lean towards holistic.....raw freeze dried food, homeopathic remedies and titter testing. Most Vets are tunnel visioned and push the meds and shots......I was desperate to find a Veterinarian who was open minded and am grateful to have finally found one!! And by working together we have found answers taking both mainstream and holistic approaches...PERFECT!! The staff at Scottsdale Hills Animal Hospital are great too....friendly and patient!! And We also love and appreciate Megan who is so great with taking vitals, gathering initial information and just a great animal lover!! As you can see, I LOVE this place!!!
