  • My stepdaughter purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2014 Kia Soul last night. What a great experience for her first financed vehicle. We began our inquiry through the internet department, had a fast text back, and scheduled to meet our sales rep, Carlos Carvalho, at the dealership. Carlos was professional, friendly and best of all...patient. We initially started our search looking at a new vehicle, but decided the low mileage, Certified Pre-Owned was a better fit financially. Gabriel, the manager, thoroughly explained the credit and broke it down in simple, yet precise terms that my stepdaughter could understand. We walked away with a better grasp of the financing process. I want to also add the used car was impeccably maintained. Carlos actually sold the car new to the previous owners and took it in as a trade. We were very thankful to be able to take over such a nice vehicle.
