rev:text	Let me start off by saying we are experienced movers and are in the military so we move a lot! This company has to be by far the worst company we have dealt with!!! In the beginning Mark was great! He gave us a comparable quote, was so nice and we used to live in Vegas so we decided to support this company. As soon as the move started it was all down hill. They said the would be picking our stuff up at a certain time and then called hours later to say they weren't going to make it and would be in at 9pm but suggested to pick up our things at 5am. I went along with it and they said they would give us a 30 min call when they were on their way...that didn't happen. When they picked up our things they ended up charging us for $1200 OVER THE QUOTE! We understand that it's a quote and prices could go up once the packers get there but a quote being off $1200?!!! What if we didn't have that money! Most of us don't just have an extra couple thousand sitting around. We expect an extra couple hundred or even an extra $500 but that was extreme! We gave them a pretty accurate picture of what we had...specifics of the large furniture and about 40 medium sized boxes...they tried to charge us $500 for crating when there was nothing crated. We fought with them on this and eventually got the $500 reduced. Then upon delivery, they did the bare minimum. I asked one of the gentleman who handled the paperwork to put all the KITCHEN BOXES AND ALL THE WARDROBE BOXES in the garage and the rest of the boxes upstairs in the bedrooms (all the boxes had the tape with colored labels from uhaul that u can purchase) well they put ALL THE BOXES IN THE GARAGE! (BTW they don't read the labels! Boxes marked FRAGILE were stacked on the bottom of other heavy boxes and were stacked upside down!) I asked them if they were going to put the boxes I asked upstairs and they said NO they only get paid to move them once from the truck. So I have all the boxes in the garage and have to move them myself! Why would I have hired movers if I have to do the physical work myself!?!!! They also have lost our couch cushions to our Lovesac Sactional that costs $4200! We have called them and emailed them over and over again and they still have no answer and continue to pass the buck to one another without any resolution to our issue. We also did not receive the copies of paperwork at the delivery. But they sure took their money but now are no help! Still waiting on an answer about our couches and it's been 2 weeks! Movers beware! Don't use them. You will likely have a nightmare on your hands.
