rev:text	Heather has seriously won me over, she is insanely good at what she does, because she has so much experience! Before I even met her and sat down in her chair I felt comfortable trusting her with my hair. She is so attentive, she texted me after I booked the appointment online (which is a super easy process) to ask me for pictures of my current hair as well as my desired look. I swear at other salons I have to BEG them to look at pictures for me, but not Heather, you can tell she's a true artist who wants to give you exactly what you need. We exchanged a few texts back and forth until she completely understood what it was I was looking for. So I knew I was in great hands. I had gone in with a botched hair dye job. I am naturally dirty blonde, and had horrible orangey-toned highlights put in all over my head with zero dimension, and a ring of color that didn't match my ends around my scalp just past my awful roots, which looked even darker due to the horrible highlights. I could tell Heather was not one to cut corners, as she mixed up FOUR different color formulas for me, just to be sure we got the job done, and all in one step. She literally took me from a hot mess to everyone's Pinterest obsession blonde with gorgeous undertones, I haven't seen my hair looking so pretty and natural in ages. (Thanks girl!) The last thing I loved about getting my hair done by Heather is the fact that it is a one-on-one session. The whole time she was personable and hands on, constantly making sure the process was going well, not like other salons at all. I would seriously recommend her to anyone, she's a breath of fresh air!
