  • The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors having a normal conversation through the walls. If you happen to live on the 1st floor, beware of all of the cockroaches and crickets that make their ways in through the walls and doors. There are roaches all over the outdoor areas and I never see them spray. While it is great having a pet friendly apartment, there is dog poop all over the grounds because there are people who live here who refuse to pick up after their pets. Being so close to a park, I always find homeless people wandering the grounds after dark. Rent is way too expensive for what you're getting. You are better off looking elsewhere - Trend 51 is pretty from the outside but terrible once you actually live here. The only reason why I wouldnt give this place one star is because of the team in the office and the groundskeepers. They are always quite friendly.
