  • I highly recommend Darren as a colorist. He has fixed my platinum blonde hair twice (which is very hard to do). The first time, I came in with orange roots. Another colorist got rid of them, but left my hair looking very flat and dull. Darren put in a bunch of highlights (the best highlights I've ever had) and my hair looked spectacular. The blonde was light, bright, and cool, which was exactly what I was looking for. The second time, a colorist at a different salon put bleach in my hair and completely messed up the tone. My roots, middle section, and ends were all different shades of blonde and my hair was very brassy. The worst part was that this was right before my wedding. I went back to Darren and it took two tries, but he got my hair back to a beautiful cool blonde. He was very understanding, patient, and accommodating (and managed not to destroy my hair after it was bleached three times in a very short period of time). If you are blonde and need a color correction, he's definitely the person to see (or if you just want beautiful blonde hair and/or highlights). I should also mention Noelle, who completely cleaned up the back of my hair for free after another stylist (different salon) did a very sloppy job. Both Darren and Noelle worked together to help me have beautiful hair for my wedding and I'm very grateful! The cut and color looked great and the pictures are fantastic!
