I went last weekend. Mother's Day weekend. The wait was very long. I think it was because of the holiday but the technician was very detailed and professional; although I could see that she was tired.
She said she had been working all day. No break. It's a quaint shop. Courteous staff; but as I went to the restroom before I left I noticed that there is a lot of house keeping that needs to be done.
Sanitation and sterilization is a must!
I saw a small bug crawl across the floor too. It could have come from a customer; but I feel nail shops need to not focus so much on servicing so many customers and take a day off to clean your establishment !! Just like your home. Invest back in your business. Refresh your nail colors. Wipe the walls down. Purchase new hand towels for pedicures. Add mood music. Mop the floors. The little things customers notice and it makes a big difference on where we spend our money.
