Love my nails. It was my second visit to this location. They were running a little behind but that happens and it really wasn't a big deal. Here's what was a big deal: the receptionist. Absolutely no customer service, barely a hello, failed to explain the wait. I had to inquire why I wasn't seeing the person I thought I had made an appointment with. It would have been nice to receive some communication. Lastly, if my only option is to have a receipt emailed or I get no receipt tell me that in advance.
I guess this review comes down to receiving no customer service whatsoever on the part of a receptionist who did very little for the 1.5 hours that I was there. Too bad. Great nail techs here.
