I've been going to the Scottsdale Cobblestone on Frank Lloyd Wright and the 101 for a while now, getting a complete detail pretty much every 2 to 3 months and or a complete car wash every few weeks. I took my 4Runner in yesterday for a prepaid complete detail. When I went to pick it up I'd notice some damage to the roof just above my passenger door. I'd pointed it out and pretty much got the run around... "Most people don't see damage when their car is dirty", "our cameras do not have any views of the passenger side', "our driver pointed it out". My response to the last one: "at what point did your driver point it out?". In all the times I've sat there waiting for my vehicle I have never seen one of their drivers on the passenger side.
I know the damage was not there before I'd dropped it off for I emptied all of my personal items out of the truck & removed my Shovel and Axe from the roof rack which I do every time.
I now need to reach out to a Auto Body shop to have the damage repaired... Mainly because whatever caused the damage scratched it down to bare metal.
The more I think about it the more irate I become. Needless to say my family will not return to any of the Cobblestone locations.
