  • I was excited about the location bc we are specifically here for an Indians game, however as soon as we drove up and realized there is no onsite parking only valet for $29 a day my excitement quickly faded. It's definitely an ideal location surrounded by great restaurants, shopping centers and even a cvs. We even managed to walk to the Rock and Roll HOF. But one of the beds had a blood stain on it, it was quickly replaced with clean bedding as soon as I called. The room is small and has a funny smell. The ac is a cheap unit that is either on or off no middle (auto doesn't work, I've tried). We thought the breakfast buffet was free as in most hotels so first morning we went down to partake. After we're seated and started to eat we found out it's $13.99 a person. The eggs were cold and the bacon and sausage were burnt and the pancakes were undercooked and rock hard. Not worth the price at all. There are plenty of good places around to waste your money one the terrible service, sticky tables and terrible food.
