Worst rental car experience ever! Showed up to get my rental after traveling 19 hours over 2 Days. We waited in line for 87 minutes at 8:30 at night. Once we finally arrived at the counter I was asked for my confirmation number. When he pulled it up in the system is showed a rate 3x the amount that it showed in my confirmation email, it also showed my rental was for 2 Days from now, although my confirmation email was correct and matching number in his system. He stated he couldn't change what his system was showing. I asked if I could call the 800 number to see what was going on as that's how I booked. I was told, "You can do whatever you want but you need to leave the line and you can get back in or find a different company to rent from. At least you didn't prepay or you would be waiting here 2 Days for a rental car." I went right over to Alamo got right in, and even received a free upgrade. Once on the road I called the 800 number and there system then showed a different rate and dates. I forwarded my confirmation email, waited on hold 48 minutes for them to come back on and say "We don't know what happened but there is nothing we can do to help" I will NEVER rent from FOX again!
