I purchased a new Island Spa Nevis in mid November, 2017. It was delivered on December 18th. From day 1 the spa would not accurately hold the set temp. Initially it would consistently run 2-4 degrees above the set temp, which wasn't a huge problem in the cold months. As the weather warmed the gap increased till when set at 98 degrees it would go as high as 112 (measured by their warranty service rep.). They did replace the circulation pump thinking that was the problem. It wasn't. The spa now shuts itself off due to overheating of water.
Now the repair technician is saying he needs to replace the entire control panel as there apparently is an electrical issue. Zach, the service manager at Spa World, has done nothing but drag this out...as Tami S. says in her review, just dragging things out hoping you will go away. Bottom line, I've got a brand new $9200 spa that I can't even use and will apparently have to get a lawyer involved to get results.
Do not purchase from Spa World!
