Dollar in LV airport is simply dishonest. They use a bait-and-switch scheme by omitting two major taxes from their "grand total" when you make a reservation, and you cannot spot it because they do include the other two taxes, so everything looks legit. When you arrive and wait for half an hour in the line to the counter, they hit you with these two additional taxes, which effectively doubles your tax amount and makes Dollar offer one of the most expensive ones, instead the good deal you have been hoping for (and which was the reason you selected Dollar in the first place).
The clerk at the counter was rude and when I declined the overpriced gasoline, GPS, and insurance, she became very agressive and spend literally five minutes scaring me with horror stories how they will charge me through the roof for every minor issue that could happen to the car. I rent cars many times a year all across the country (including Las Vegas) and it was by far the worst customer service I've exerienced. It goes without saying that it was the last dollar that the Dollar swindled from me.
