  • After staying in the hotel for 3 nights waking up with new bites each night. I complained to the management. They told me that they would send in eco labs. They called back and said there was zero bug activity. After showing wounds and stating my experience they declined any further responsibility. I highly recommend you stay elsewhere if you are looking to stay in the Phoenix area and not be bothered by bed bugs.
