  • Rohrich Lexus staff and managers are the worst human beings with worst customer service I have seen in any Sales. Please don't go here, though u r close to this showroom please go some where else to buy Lexus cars. U don't get Lexus treatment, leave all about that they don't even care u as a human being ! Carlo's the General Manager is the worst and mean guy, never even tries to solve customer issues and bothers to listen to ur problem ! zero rating for Rohrich Lexus !!! I hate this place. Wish I could give them less than 1.
