I wasn't so impressed with this spot. First of all, it's very crowded here. We came here for lunch and had to wait about 30 minutes. Secondly, the ventilation system isn't so great here and you can feel the humidity and grease in the air. Thirdly, service was slow.
I feel like since they gained popularity and are close to the strip, they nickel and dime you. You need to order a minimum of 2 bbq dishes for complimentary ban chan. Ssam (lettuce) is an extra $2. The ban chan portions are small and there's not much variety. The meat quality was so-so.
I do like how they offer a variety of menu items and even have HH which a lot of people seem to come here for. However, I feel like I can find better kbbq spots in Vegas.
