This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Their processes are set up to make it difficult to cancel once signed up, and to extract every cent possible.
They were very unhelpful and full of tricky tactics. Consumer beware. Every call to customer service was a struggle. Even thou they had my prior call notes (which they admitted, it was like dealing with them for the first time, every time).
Do yourself a favour and never rent a hot water tank from them. I have done the math, and after 5 years, you are just paying away for nothing.
I called them for an emergency repair, and they took 2 days to respond, and then wanted to charge me for the job (on a rental). The installer and person on the phone were so disconnected, it was like dealing with 2 different companies. After struggling for a repair, the tank broke down again after a week. After 10 years of renting, I requested a new unit, and I was refused. This would be the 4 repair.
Who needs this sort of grief in their lives??
