  • i usually go to victoria secret and get so much help i'm overhwhelmed. This time i go, only one associate in the pink area said hello. I was never offered a bag even when i had about 10 items in my hand. Once i made it to the register the hispanic lady with glasses, i did not get her name but she clocked in around 4pm today 6/9/2017 second to last register on my right, has terrible customer service skills. She wasn't rude though. She didn't say anything to me at all, did not talk me through my transaction, and didn't even say bye. she was so busy talking to her coworker she continued her conversation as she handed me my bag. I didn't want a paper receipt but she never gave me that option either. I have never experienced poor customer service at victoria secret but i definitely will not be visiting this location for sure.
