We tried the new menu - the lobster bisque with tarragon marshmellows is just as good as the reviews suggested. The foiewurst was a very nicely balanced combination of sausage, mustard and pear. The lamb tongue with frisee, quail egg and potatoes was also tasty. We enjoyed the halibut with harissa, but my dining companion favored his poached lobster on buttermilk spaetzel with carrots and pea vines - it had a lovely delicate sweetness. But the piece de la resistance was the tamarind passionfruit dessert with coconut powder - juicy, creamy with dustings of powdered coconut, it was pure tropical joy. The wine pairings were also very well done - and quite reasonable. We'll definitely be back.
