  • This locations office manager is smug, unprofessional and rude. She has subpar communication and customer service skills. Our appointment was at 115p and by 130p he still was not seen. They lack urgency as it pertained to timely appointment accuracy. I will NEVER recommend ANYONE to this location nor any Aspen Dental location. It is a matter of time before this site is closed and/or experience a great loss in new patient recruitment and recurring patient care. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
