A pretty showrooom hides a bad customer service experience.
Ferguson's showroom is great for inspiration. If you want higher end appliances and fixtures than what you'll ever find at a big box home improvement warehouse, it's likely you'll end up in a Ferguson showroom. You'll ooh and ahh over the possibilities and maybe decide that you've found the perfect appliance / bathroom fixture or light for the project you're working on. But that's where the experience changes...and not for the best.
They don't carry anything in stock, everything has to be ordered. That's ok...but try and get someone to help you order something. Good luck with that. And even if you are lucky enough to get someone to help you their knowledge of their product lines and how to even consult the many catalogs they have is sketchy at best.
You better hope they got the order right because returns are a descent into customer service purgatory. I've ordered copper or special finish fixtures and got basic chrome. I've even been shipped stuff I didn't even order. And again if you need to return it...good luck getting in touch with someone that can help. I've ended up so frustrated that I've started ordering from other sources and I don't intend to use Ferguson as a source for products any longer.
1 Star. Don't let the pretty showroom fool you like it did me.
