  • This storage facility is in terrible condition. There is literally trash overflowing from the garbage dumpsters and trash piled outside of units that have been abandoned. There is still broken glass along the ground outside several units in our row due to someone smashing into a fire extinguisher box that was mounted to the wall. We have also had to call the police when there was a man strung out on drugs living in one of the units near ours. He was acting in a very threatening manner. My husband and I have on several occasions gone in to the office to ask why the facility is not maintained as our rent continues to go up. The staff says that they don't have the resources to clean up the property. The golf cart has been out of working condition for a couple of months and they have no resources to help them. My husband and I have both reached out to the District Manager and Regional Vice President and have gotten no response.
