I honestly don't get it. I know customer service is a part of their marketing, so I assume it's a part of their company culture (or at least that the management makes it a priority). This store, though? Woof.
I was just walking across the front of the store to get to the entrance, and some guy walks out to join his other buddies (all in uniform), making some smart ass comment about how "no one works around here." I had to stop in my tracks so he wouldn't run into me. Like, really? I don't care if you're on break, you're a representative of the company. Think about it.
During my in-store experience, zero associates asked if I needed help, even though I was pretty lost (side note, the app does NOT match the item locations in store at all). I can only assume they were outside shootin' the shit.
100% of the time, go to the Lowes in North Peoria. They're in another league.
