For our first anniversary we got reservations at FnB. They treated us like royalty. Very accommodating to our special seating request. We ordered the tasting menu, preferring to have an experience more than just a casual night out. When we made the reservation we informed them of a gluten intolerance and was still asked if it was ok to serve pasta. The thing is that their tasting menu isn't custom or even specialties dishes, it's just smaller portions of what is already on their menu. Slightly disappointed with that aspect but otherwise the food was amazing. The pairings just made the food all the better. 5 courses in total with one being dessert was the perfect amount to walk away satisfied. Main dining room is small and very loud. Not our typical romantic evening dinner but overall, a great experience.
