  • Microsoft is actually my brother's nickname. I can't tell you why. But you already know. I'm not a fan of Apple Stores and now Microsoft is doing the same thing. Trying to be futuristic and change the game, but ending up just being a little frustrating. Nothing in here is cheap. Not even remotely. Some of the employees are really cool. Some not so much. I'm glad these stores exist but they could be a lot better. Especially when it comes to computer service and customer service.
