  • Michael Knox and the folks at Chapman were fantastic. I had been researching a CX5 and spoken with a couple other dealers in the valley, and they seemed to be playing 'the game'. Michael was direct, honest, friendly, and listened to what I was looking for. It was fast and efficient, and I feel that I was treated with respect and got a great deal. I couldn't be happier!
