I was having a great day till I tried to order my usual. I tried to make my order as simple as possible (I've basically perfected it because that what I order EVERY TIME and have never had any issues). They wanted to charge me 16 something for the 2 tall size drinks I ordered... apparently they're the only Starbucks that doesn't understand that you shouldn't charge for a substitute for frap roast. The manager that came over to help was very bratty towards me as well which is what got under my skin. That is somewhat forgivable but when I went to use my gold star reward the lady at the register didn't want to accept it and after a long back and forth I just got so fed up I left. The fact that I go to Starbucks so often to study and have never had issues just made me so mad. At least let me enjoy an overpriced drink, its not like I'm asking too much. The workers at that store need to learn that the customer is always right, even when they're not sometimes you need to pick your battles. I've worked in retail and being treated the way I was caught me off guard because I don't ever get talked back to the way I did there and I don't think anyone else should either.
