  • We used Desert Adventures for a one-way canoe shuttle on our trip down Black Canyon Water Trail. Our driver, Bryan, was The Best. Picked us up at the take out, where we left our car, and hauled us, our canoe and gear to Hoover Dam. He pointed out a ton of really interesting stuff along the way, and gave us some great insider tips on cool things to do and where to stop (including a hot spring that no one would be at... he was right, we had it all to ourselves. Thanks, Bryan!) PS: A different outfitter (not sure which one it was) had a van full of people that couldn't get to the launch because their driver wasn't on the security list at the dam. I hope they didn't have far to drive home. I felt terrible for them...
