  • Liz Walters, PA is amazing. Sadly, the staff and alleged office manager (Sara - she refused to provide her last name) will be the downfall of that office. I called and left message for 3 days for help with a prescription. No call back. I called to speak to someone live and they denied the prescription that my daughter has been using for '3 years', saying she needs to see the PA first to refill. That is 3 weeks away and they were willing to have my daughter's skin impacted pending our appointment - for something she's used for 3 years. I was 'accidentally' hung up on 3 times. I called back each time. The office manager was incredibly rude - I never raised my voice. She was sarcastic and just kept repeating. So for the staff experience, I'd sadly say to go elsewhere. A patient does not deserve this treatment - medically or personally.
