  • I went to this spa for a friend's birthday. I admit I have never been to a spa before so I really don't have much to compare it against. I like the fact that there is a whole section for soaking in three different baths - cold, salt & green tea. Paddling about with friends in the baths while waiting for your treatment is just fabulous. Body Blitz is a women's only spa and I felt so comfortable being there, with my lumpy body on display. The only downside for me was the treatment room I was taken to. I had a body scrub. The room is very utilitarian looking, something straight out of a 1950s soviet potato farmer's summer camp. The treatment was fabulous, just wish the room itself was more inviting.
