  • First visit was interesting. Wanted to see the allegheny observatory and drive up there. The observatory is interesting because it really pioneered the development of 'Standard Time' in the 1800s to assist the railroads, which I learned upon arrival. Unfortunately, it's being renovated so it was closed :-(. The park appears to have a ton of trails--can't wait to try them out!
