  • I order to go fairly often from here. My daughter and I love the nachos. I usually order to go. We ordered the nachos, street tacos, and corn bread. I didn't ask them to separate the nachos so they were soggy by the time we got home. The street tacos weren't impressive. The corn bread was good as always. I'm not the best at checking my receipts when I get them as was the case this weekend. Today I came across the Z'Tejas receipt in my purse and started reading through it. I noticed there's a To-Go Service Charge and a To-Go Service Charge Tax!! I may be behind on the times but since when do you get charged to take food home? So do I get charged the same fee if I eat and the restaurant and take food home? It could be that I've been charged this before but didn't check the receipt. The mom and pop restaurants I frequent don't charge these fees. I won't be a regular customer of Z'Tejas any longer if I'm charged to order to go. I'm sure I can find some delicious nachos elsewhere.
