Really upset with best buy and I will not be purchasing any future items.from them...poor customer service!I ordered an item that was delivered to the wrong location... I called customer service gave them my order number that was sent to MY EMAIL WITH MY NAME ON THE ORDER and they would not talk to me because the card used for the purchase was under a different name..i had to put the cardholder on the phone who was told "they did there part by delivering it" so I had to track down my own item. I know I'm not the first customer who has had this issue....I know a company of their size has a better protocol than that..I went to the "wrong location" where my package was delivered, to get my package they opened it and used it...threw away the packaging... The item is now unusable and I can not return it!!!! So now I'm pretty much screwed!
