rev:text	I had consultation on 09/16/2014 i went to the Downtown Phx office which is right by my work so it was convenient. I arrived checked in and was waiting for about 5 minutes before i was taken back by a very nice man named Hawk he was really friendly and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole exam. After about 25minutes of testing my eyes he called in Dr. Rockwell to take one more look at my eyes and answer any of my questions which made me feel even more comfortable. He then told he was i was a great candidate and looks fwd to seeing me again for surgery with Mr. McCulloch and himself. He then walked me to the front and told the lady up there to have someone speak with me regarding the financial part and of coarse to schedule an appt. when he walked away the lady said someone would call me Thursday or Friday since they were out til then. It is now 10 Days later and i have not heard from them. I called yesterday to speak to someone and i was put on hold for over 30minutes, i hung up really upset. Today i called the Scottsdale office which is where they do the procedure and im not blaming them for not calling me back but i was hopeful i could get someone on the phone at this office. They transferred me to billing and the lady who answered said she couldnt help me with that and transferred me to someone else. i got their voicemail right away. I feel like im going in a circle over and over i cant get anyone on the phone. Has anyone else had this issue before getting their procedure done? I really want to get my procedure done with Dr McCulloch ive heard so many good things, and reviews are awesome but they way its looking i might have to shop around.
