  • I loved my sales girl Katie!!! Thank you for your help!!!! However I was so upset at when I went to pick up my dress I cried, Not only did it look like it was thrown in a corner but it was dirty!!!!! Really????? I didnt buy a traditional wedding gown (Thank GOD) but I bought the dress I wanted to get married in. I was told by another employee that they dont steam your dress before alterations because it affects the way its altered!!!! REALLY???? I had expectations that I would find this beautiful dress ready to wear with or without alterations, in a suit/dress bag, not one right out of a box or wherever they found this dress. It was ordered from the warehouse to the store, the dress is bought and paid for!!!! I am so beside myself I dont even know what to say!!!! Katie I will forever tell people what a great sales person you are and I wish you had been there that day I went to pick it up. I worked in retail for a good portion of my life and I couldnt put dresses or suits on a rack without steaming them first!!!! Davids Bridal you should be ashamed to even be allowed to be a Bridal retailer or a retailer period!!! I will not give a good recommendation to anyone, I will tell everyone I know to stay away from your stores!!!!! Seriously pissed!! A
