  • We have used this company several times over the last few years and they come out prompt even on weekend or emergencies and their prices are reasonable. However The person that comes out complains much of the time he is here. Our house was built in the 50's and it has some quirks and the pipes are difficult to snake, I know this because I have tried to do it myself. I would rather do it myself but there are times when I need a professional, and a professional does not complain the entire time they are here and make it appear that the clogs are our fault. We do our best to not put oil and grease down the pipes but for whatever reason about every 3 years they all clog up. We have tried enzyme treatment (as suggested by cobra) but that did not work. I also do not like being second guessed, when I ask for a service to be done I expect it to be done even if it appears to not be needed. So a problem that I requested service on was not fixed and still exists. Now I will need to find another plumber.
