The hotel is beautiful. The service was great especially considering there was a Dixie chicks concert down the street and they were very busy. Connie and Billy at the front desk were very nice and accommodating. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is that due to renovations the hotel was a bit tricky and looked "under construction" the room was very updated and modern but zero art on the walls which made for a bland look. Also valet lost one of my Tory Burch wedges somewhere during the trip between the car and my room and has yet to get back to me. I checked in Saturday afternoon and called down as soon as my cart arrived to report the missing shoe. This normally wouldn't be as big of a problem but those shoes were very pricey and one of my favorite pairs. I last heard from them on Sunday after checking out and none of my emails or calls have been returned. I would definitely stay at the hotel again but I would walk my own luggage up (which I tried to do anyway, but was told that I couldn't bc they are a full service hotel).
